Frequently asked questions
What counts as an "audio summary"?
Each time Ondio generates an audio version of an article (either full read-aloud or AI summary), that counts as one audio summary. Re-listening to a previously generated summary does not count again.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial for Premium?
Yes! New users get a 7-day free trial of Premium when they first subscribe. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost.
What happens when I reach my daily limit on the Free plan?
You can still browse and read your feeds normally. You just won't be able to generate new audio summaries until the next day. Previously generated audio remains available.
Which payment methods are supported?
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can use any payment method accepted by your respective app store, including credit/debit cards, gift cards, and carrier billing where available.
